SHIPP 21, the newest hotspot next to Rotterdam

Located in the province of South Holland, between the Dordrechtse Kil and the Port of Rotterdam, we are developing a large-scale industrial campus for waterbound logistics and (semi-)industrial activities such as e-commerce, ADR, cold storage, etc. The campus offers 230,000 sq.m. of warehouse space and will be built in phases. In order to optimize the connection between the N217 and the SHIPP 21 campus, a new access road will be built. For the residential area of Puttershoek this means less traffic nuisance and more safety. Construction of the new access road will start in November 2021.

Construction phase 1 of depot 1, with 4 logistics units of approximately 26,813 sq.m., will start in early 2022.

‘Puttershoek’ is located in the municipality Hoeksche Waard, in the Province of Zuid- Holland. The development area of approximately600.000 sq.m. was previously used by Royal  Cosun and is now being transformed into a unique industrial and logistics area.

With its location along the river Oude Maas, south of the Port of Rotterdam, and with its own harbour, the site is ideally suited for waterbound logistics and industrial activities.

An irrevocable zoning plan has been obtained for the site. The development area of approx. 60ha is ideal for warehousing including specifications such as cold storage, e-commerce, light industry, production and complementary office activities.
