OMSCHRIJVING
ChargeVault is een unieke ontwikkeling op bedrijventerrein De Liede, gericht op grootschalige elektrische laadinfrastructuur voor bedrijfswagens en busjes. De locatie beschikt over maar liefst 318 laadplaatsen en is daarmee de ideale oplossing voor bedrijven die hun last-mile vloot willen elektrificeren. Centraal in de Randstad gelegen en uitstekend bereikbaar, biedt ChargeVault ruimte voor emissievrije stadsdistributie, e-commerce en logistieke operaties.
De service van Chargevault maximaliseert uw kostenbesparingen door slim gebruik te maken van daltarieven via nachtelijk bulkladen, terwijl piekbelasting wordt vermeden. Dit draagt bij aan verlaging van uw totale kosten van eigendom.

Naast de uitgebreide laadinfrastructuur biedt de locatie tevens de mogelijkheid tot realisatie van een hoogwaardige warehousefaciliteit. Deze kan volledig op maat worden ontwikkeld (build-to-suit), afgestemd op de wensen van de gebruiker.

LOCATIE
ChargeVault ligt op bedrijventerrein De Liede, direct aan de N205 (Randweg Haarlem). Dankzij de ligging nabij de A4, A5, A9 en A10 is de bereikbaarheid uitstekend, zowel regionaal als nationaal. Schiphol Airport is bereikbaar binnen circa 12 minuten, Amsterdam-Westpoort in circa 15 minuten en Haarlem in circa 10 minuten. Het project bestaat uit:
